Avi's path to real estate was anything but conventional. He spent years as a photographer — living quietly, seeing the world through frames and light. That artistic life taught him patience, precision, and an eye for what most people overlook.
Photography led to event management, where he learned to deliver the impossible on an unforgiving clock. Orchestrating large-scale events sharpened something in him — the ability to hold complexity together under pressure, with no room for excuses.
But real estate was in his blood. He founded Arise Constructions Pvt Ltd, taking on government infrastructure — roads, bridges, community centres — and proved he could build at scale. Every discipline he had touched was preparing him for what came next.

In 2023, Avi set out to build his own home.
